Why you won't find reviews on this website
You might expect a page of five-star patient stories here. There isn't one, and that's deliberate.
Chiropractors in Australia are registered health practitioners. The law that governs registered practitioners (section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law) doesn't allow testimonials about clinical care in advertising. This website counts as advertising.
So we don't quote patients, run a reviews slider or embed a review feed on this site, and we don't ask patients to write about their treatment for our marketing.
The rule is there to protect patients, and we think it's a good one.
What you can check instead
- Our chiropractors' registration, on the public Ahpra register. Search for Paul Brown or Amanda Singer.
- What happens at a first appointment, on our new patients page.
- Current fees, shown in the online diary before you confirm a booking.
- Anything else: call the front desk on (03) 5979 2818 and ask.
