Chiropractic and remedial massage
What each appointment involves, how long it takes, and how to book.
Chiropractic
Chiropractors are registered health practitioners who assess and treat problems with the muscles, joints and spine.
At your first appointment your chiropractor takes a health history, examines you and explains what they find. If treatment is suitable, they talk you through the options before starting. You can ask questions, or say no to anything, at any point.
Treatment may include spinal adjustment or mobilisation, soft tissue work, and advice on exercise, posture and daily activity.
If your chiropractor decides x-rays are needed, they can be taken at the clinic.
Chiropractic appointments are with Dr Paul Brown (Chiropractor) or Dr Amanda Singer (Chiropractor).
